Minnesota Farmers Union President Doug Peterson Awarded Honorary State FFA Degree

ST. PAUL (August 21, 2014) – Minnesota Farmers Union (MFU) President Doug Peterson was awarded an honorary FFA Degree by Minnesota FFA President Jack Roessler during an on-air interview.

“I am honored to receive this degree from Jack and all of the Minnesota FFA Organization” says MFU President Peterson. “The real world leadership skill they demonstrate and teach strengthens Minnesota’s youth countless ways. A strong foundation makes for a stronger Minnesota.”

MFU hosted this interview, aired by Lynn Ketelsen of Linder Farmer Network, at the MFU building located on the corner of Snelling and Dan Patch of the State Fairgrounds. Other interviewees include Senator Al Franken, State Conservationist Don Baloun, and Representative Rick Hansen.
